Beyond Vegan Cell Food

My wife and had lunch here for the first time. The vegan gumbo was amazing! The chicken and waffle was very good. I am partial to a sweeter syrup. The batter could use more seasoning. The garbanzo beans omelette was very tasty as well. I can't wait to return to try some other menu items however I will have the gumbo again.

I’m from Texas and went out on a limb to take my non vegan family that lives in Virginia to this spot based simply on the reviews. My brother in law said he hates mushrooms but ate his kids left over vegan nuggets, the sausage, and a BLT sandwich. We also ordered egg-rolls, alfredo pasta, and a crab cake sandwich. My literal only complaint about he food was that the crab cake was too salty (I still ate it and enjoyed it). Otherwise, we were all full and left happy.

Pick this gem for first date and left in Love with the food and atmosphere! Had the place pretty much to ourselves as there was a community parade and event going on outside on the street. Had a wonderful ginger wellness drink, avocado sea moss salad and mushroom sandwich (mlt) I find it so hard to find a vegan restaurant that I really enjoy but this place blew my mind! The food was fresh and so yummy! I will most definitely be back! No photos of the food as it was all devoured

This place is fantastic—amazing food and exceptional service! You can really tell the food is made with love; everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. We tried the waffle sandwich, vegan Philly, and the grilled vegan wrap—each one was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. Our server, who I’m guessing also cooked the food, was so sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I love beyond vegan. I love the lions mane sandwich but as of late I’ve been getting the soups. Great on a cold day. My favorite is the navy bean soup but you can’t go wrong with the mushroom or gumbo. Today i got the gumbo soup with an avocado sea moss salad. Both were delicious.

Finally, I found a restaurant with healthy choices, a friendly environment, and, most importantly, the food was tasty! I ordered the vegan cheesesteak egg rolls, Royal Flush fresh juice, fries and a side salad. The salad dressing was delicious, as well as the egg rolls. I ordered the mushroom soup, and vegan gumbo to go so my family can try it, and they loved it. Initially, the service at the bar was slow, but they took good care of me. I am calling tomorrow to order a gallon of Royal Flush juice for the week. Thank you for bringing healthy alkaline choices to our community!
